The program will enable small and large-scale entrepreneurs to access deeply discounted items, which they can resell for profit through various online channels. To fund the startup and initial inventory acquisition, we propose a crowdfunding/co-ownership model, where investors can buy shares in the business starting from ₱1,000 per share, with a projected 9% quarterly profit over a 3-year contract. A total of 600 shares will be offered.
